Signal Brands Extends, Expands Lease with Brause
Fashion accessories group Signal Brands has extended its lease at 320 Fifth Ave. by 10 years, in the process doubling its footprint to a full floor of 11,730 square feet along with a 2,247-square-foot suite. Both the property’s owner, Brause Realty, and the tenant were represented by HSP Real Estate Group’s Jonata Dayan and Jonathan Ben-Dayan.
“Signal Brands has been consistently growing their presence at 320 Fifth over the past 25 years,” said Dayan. “It continues to be an ideal location for the firm, central to three transportation hubs and still in the heart of the Fashion District.” The Signal Brands portfolio includes Guess and Nine West.
The 11-story 320 Fifth Avenue is situated between 32nd and 33rd streets, and offers partial floor suites from approximately 900 to 5,300 rentable square feet, and full-floors from 10,150 to 11,730 rentable square feet.
