Sigma Computing Expands at One Madison Ave., Four Months After Initial Lease

SL Green Realty Corp. said Wednesday that Sigma Computing, Inc. has signed a 28,286-square-foot, 11-year expansion lease at the REIT’s redeveloped One Madison Ave. The expansion follows Sigma’s initial new 64,077-square-foot lease this past July, increasing its total commitment to 92,363 square feet covering the entire third floor. One Madison Avenue is now 93.3% leased.

“We are pleased to expand our valued relationship with Sigma Computing and help facilitate its rapidly growing business,” said Steven Durels, EVP and director of leasing and real property at SL Green. “One Madison Avenue continues to be the preeminent choice for leading technology and innovation-driven companies seeking best-in-class office environments in Midtown South.”

Sigma Computing was represented by Brent Ozarowski, Jeffrey Rodgers and Stephen Cisarik of Newmark, who also represented the tenant in its initial lease four months earlier. The landlord was represented by Paul Glickman, Alexander Chudnoff, Ben Bass and Diana Biasotti of JLL.
