SightMD Inks 9K-SF Medical Leases in Yonkers
Simone Development Companies has secured its first medical lease following the recent acquisition of One Executive Boulevard in Yonkers. SightMD, an integrated ophthalmic provider group, has leased 9,409 square feet of space at the property.
With 40 locations across Nassau and Suffolk Counties, Manhattan, Queens, and Westchester, SightMD offers eye care services. The transaction was facilitated by Scott Berfas and Glenn Walsh of Newmark, representing SightMD, while Simone Development’s leasing and legal teams handled the deal internally.
One Executive Boulevard, situated in the North Yonkers “Medical Mile,” is undergoing renovations. “We are thrilled to welcome SightMD to One Executive Boulevard.
