Siemens Leases 35K-SF at One Penn Plaza

Siemens is moving its New York City offices to a 35,000-square-foot space at One Penn Plaza, a 57-story, 2.7-million-square-foot office tower in Midtown Manhattan, according to a report in Crain’s New York Business (paywall).

The deal would allow Siemen’s to eventually fill the entire, 60,000-square-foot 11th floor, if it needs the space. Rents are reportedly in the high $60-per-square-foot range.

Peter Van Duyne of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the transaction, while Vornado was represented in-house by Josh Glick and Jared Silverman.
