Siemens Healthineers Selects JLL as Facility Management Provider
JLL announced that Siemens Healthineers, a global provider of healthcare equipment, solutions and services, selected it to provide integrated facilities management services for 5.3 million square feet of office, R&D, lab and biomanufacturing space across 32 states and Canada.
JLL’s specialized Life Sciences division is now responsible for the execution of facilities services, including building engineering; café services; electrical, elevator and HVAC maintenance; fire and life safety; janitorial, landscaping and grounds maintenance; and mail room, reception, waste disposal and recycling services.
The JLL team leading IFM services includes Managing Director Pam Paddock and Account Executive Michael Lee, along with support from Executive Director of Solutions Development Joe Daufenbach.
