Siemens Corporation has signed a lease for 43,000 square feet of office space at Two Gatehall Plaza in Parsippany, NJ

Siemens Commits to 43K SF at Parsippany’s Two Gatehall Plaza 

Siemens Corporation has signed a 43,138-square-foot lease at Two Gatehall Plaza in Parsippany, NJ. Newmark’s Jeff Schotz, Kevin Murphy, Sumner Putnam and Peter Kasparian serve as exclusive leasing advisors for the property and represented asset owner Silverman Realty Group. CBRE’s Jeff Babikian and Conor Dolan represented Siemens.   

Two Gatehall Plaza is a four-story, 389,298-square-foot, Class A office building originally built in 1985. The property has undergone a recent capital improvement project with extensive building upgrades.  

“Silverman Realty Group is proud to welcome Siemens as our newest tenant at 2 Gatehall Dr.,” said CEO Bonnie Silverman. “Siemens joins our roster of Fortune 500 companies, including Deutsche Bank, Prudential and Ricoh/” 

Schotz added, “Siemens recognized the value of the physical infrastructure, the full suite of contemporary amenities and the recently remodeled lobby and common areas that provide a Class A environment for 2022 and beyond.”
