Sicklerville Shopping Center Secures $18M Loan 

Gloucester Town Center in Sicklerville, New Jersey, has landed an $8.12 million fixed-rate, interest-only mortgage loan from Citigroup.  

Situated at 509-543 Berlin Cross Keys Road, Gloucester Town Center is a shopping center with over 100,000 square feet of retail space, boasting 100% occupancy. Notable tenants include Acme Markets, Dollar Tree, Supercuts, AT&T, Pizza Hut, and Mavis Discount Tires.  

The W&D Capital Markets team led by Jeremy Nussbaum and Andrew Eisen arranged the financing.
