Sick Inc. Inks 31K-SF Office Lease in Canton

Cushman & Wakefield has facilitated a long-term, 31,569-square-foot lease for Sick Inc. at 150 Royall Street, a Class A office property in Canton, MA. The intelligence solutions company is relocating from Stoughton. George O’Connor represented Sick Inc., while Pete Whoriskey and Rachel Igoe represented the landlord, Jumbo Capital.

150 Royall Street underwent a gut renovation in 2004, transforming it into a corporate headquarters facility. The property offers amenities such as a full-service cafeteria, fitness center, conference center, and furnished plug-and-play space.

“After a widespread search, 150 Royall’s best-in-class amenities coupled with its incredible accessibility made it a great choice for Sick Inc., as their employees will benefit greatly from everything the building has to offer, including their own research and development space with dedicated machinery,” said O’Connor.
