Houston-based Shrader Engineering Co. is moving from its current digs at 800 Town & Country Blvd. (CityCentre One) to 750 Town & Country Blvd. (Town Centre One), down the street. The electric and technology systems company is taking 8,000 square feet, a contraction of its current office size.

According to Merge Architects, which is redesigning the space for Shrader, the move will help the tenant’s efficiencies. Additionally, landlord Moody Rambin offered nice incentives, said Keith Messick with Merge Architects.

Shrader will relocate in mid-December, and take part of the sixth floor.
