Shorenstein Secures 48K-SF Lease at Atlanta’s Bank of America Plaza
Real estate investment management company Shorenstein Properties has secured a 48,000-square-foot, multi-floor lease with law firm Lewis Brisbois at Atlanta’s Bank of America Plaza. The agreement represents one of the largest office deals in Metro Atlanta since the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic in March.
Founded in Los Angeles in 1979, Lewis Brisbois is relocating their Atlanta offices from 1180 Peachtree St., accommodating the firm’s continued expansion plans in the Southeast. The law firm is expected to move into its new offices on the 46th and 47th floors at Bank of America Plaza in April 2021 after completing build-out of its new customized workspace.
Jeff Keppen and Nicole Goldsmith of CBRE represented Shorenstein in the transaction. Jonathan Larsen, Rick Nash, Chandler Larsen, and Molly Millard of Avison Young advised Lewis Brisbois.
