San Francisco, CA-based Shorenstein Properties, LLC — an owner and operator of office, residential and mixed-use properties — has sold the Commons at the Park office campus located at 6800 Solectron Drive in Charlotte, NC.

The 430,000-square-foot, adaptive re-use campus is situated on a 63-acre wooded site within a Charlotte innovation and research district, University Park.

Shorenstein Properties, LLC purchased the property in 2019 and conducted a renovation of the property designed to create an amenity-driven campus and an optimal environment for work and wellness, complete with a fitness center, conference and training center future café and 1.5-acre central park.

Shorenstein Property, LLC’s remaining investments in Charlotte includes Camp North End, a 70-acre mixed-use office campus, and 110 East, an in-progress office development in the South End district.

Since 1992, Shorenstein Properties, LLC has sponsored thirteen closed-end investment funds with total equity commitments of $9.5 billion, of which the company committed $798.5 million.
