Shops at Reagan’s Hope Targets Services and Restaurants

Shops at Reagan’s Hope, a retail center at 1320 Ronald Reagan Blvd. at the intersection with New Hope Road in Cedar Park, is now under construction. Shops at Reagan’s Hope is a development of SSG.

The retail center, on track to open its first phase in late 2021, is designed to incorporate a total of nearly 29,000 square feet upon completion. The first phase set for 2021 will total 22,500 square feet of small-shop retail space.

The center is designed to serve the needs of the trade area’s growing residential population, which includes popular communities such as Caballo Ranch. The trade area offers growth and strong incomes, with the three-mile radius reporting more than 65,000 residents and more than 22,700 households with an average household income of $136,741.

Nick Naumann and Colleen Miller with Weitzman are handling project leasing for the shopping center. The leasing team is targeting shops and services that offer convenience as well as restaurant space with an available patio option, Naumann noted.
