Shopping Plaza with 25 Retailers Coming to Chestnut Hill 

The Street Chestnut Hill is unveiling its newest building at 27 Boylston Street in Chestnut Hill, MA. The building features over 25 new retailers and restaurants, health and wellness concepts, office space, and community gathering areas. It also features a new mural by Italian artist Agostino Iacurci. 

The first wave of businesses includes Alo Yoga, Arc’teryx, Marine Layer, Reformation, Roller Rabbit, Skin Laundry, [solidcore], and WHEAT. New additions to the roster are Todd Snyder, Mejuri, Boston Center – Aesthetics for the Face & Body, LYMBR, and Nava Health. Coldwell Banker Realty, Hammond Residential Real Estate, and Weiner Ventures will join in Q4, 2024, alongside New England OB-GYN Associates. 

Designed by WS Vice President of Studio Jared Ramsdell and Senior Designer Morella Garofalo with Architect of Record Sasaki, 27 Boylston Street spans 90,000 square feet across three levels, connecting the property and offering a mix of retail, dining, and office spaces.
