Shoppes at Cinco Ranch Signs New Tenants
Thor Equities inked several long-term deals with tenants at The Shoppes at Cinco Ranch in Katy, TX. In addition, the New York-based developer launched construction nearby on an additional 12,000 square feet, which will be competed in November 2018.
The following retailers signed leases and have opened:
- About Face & Medical Spa, 1,800 square feet
- Starbucks, 2,000 square feet
- Medical Clinic at the Ranch, 1,850 square feet
- Chase Bank, 4,500 square feet
The 35-acre retail center is at Spring Green Boulevard and Farm-to-Market Road 1093, in the west Houston suburb of Katy. The development, part of the Cinco Ranch master-planned community, is anchored by a Lowe’s Home Improvement, and will total 250,000 square feet at buildout.
