ShopOne, Pantheon Buy Atlanta MSA Shopping Center

The joint venture partnership between New York-based ShopOne Centers REIT, Pantheon, and a global institutional investor has acquired the Kroger-anchored Sharon Greens neighborhood shopping center, spanning 98,224 square feet. The price was not disclosed.

Situated in Forsyth County, Georgia, within the Atlanta Metropolitan Statistical Area, this marks the third addition to the joint venture’s portfolio in the state since December 2022.

The shopping center, fully leased, features a mix of 20 service-oriented and daily-needs retailers and dining concepts. The center was anchored by Kroger for over two decades. “We will continue to seek grocery-anchored acquisition opportunities in high-growth markets like this one, as well as those that exhibit similar characteristics throughout the country,” said Chris Reed, CIO at ShopOne.
