Shopoff Unveils Plans for Mixed-Use Project at Westminster Mall

Irvine, CA-based real estate firm Shopoff Realty Investments has unveiled Bolsa Pacific at Westminster, a 26-acre redevelopment of Westminster Mall in Orange County, CA. The project will feature a mixed-use community of multifamily homes adjacent to walkable community spaces, restaurants, retail and a nearby hotel.

“Together with the City of Westminster, we are envisioning a vibrant center where housing, hospitality, retail and nature come together,” said Shopoff President and CEO William A. Shopoff. “This community will help to reinvigorate the local economy and bring value to the county and surrounding neighborhoods, elevating this prime piece of real estate into its highest and best use.”

The development will consist of three apartment buildings with 1,065 rental units and 102 for-sale townhomes, plus a 175-room hotel lining Bolsa Avenue. Meeting community requests for open space, Bolsa Pacific at Westminster will feature a 2.5-acre park, open space promenades, an amphitheater and outdoor dining.

The development, designed by AO with landscape architecture by MJS, is expected to break ground in 2025.
