Shopoff Secures Approval for Anaheim Residential Project

Shopoff Realty Investments received an approval from the Anaheim City Council for its proposed Lincoln At Loara townhomes project in Anaheim. Located at 1631 and 1691 W. Lincoln Ave., the project will involve demolishing an existing industrial building and re-entitling the property from commercial and industrial use, to a 115-unit gated townhome development with 27 three-story buildings.

Shopoff Realty Investments’ William Shopoff says, “This will be Shopoff’s fourth land development opportunity in the city of Anaheim, and we are pleased to be able to bring another fantastic project through the entitlement stage.”

In 2019, Shopoff acquired two parcels of land from a private landowner. Shopoff was subsequently able to assemble two additional parcels owned by the city, to create a more than seven-acre acre site for formal entitlement and allowed 24 units to be added to the project.

Shopoff previously received project approval from the Anaheim Planning Commission in April at the City’s first “remote” Planning Commission hearing.
