Shopoff Chula Vista Development Receives Unanimous Approval

Irvine-based Shopoff Realty Investments secured unanimous Chula Vista city council approval for its 141-unit Moss Street Townhomes development. The property is comprised of 6.94 acres at Moss Street and Industrial Boulevard and is located less than two miles from the Chula Vista Marina.

Shopoff Realty Investments’ William Shopoff says, “Moss Street Townhomes will be a wonderful new project for the City of Chula Vista and a quality housing option offering residents convenient access to area amenities.”

The now fully approved plans provide for a three-story attached townhome development, featuring well-designed homes for today’s buyer, within a gated community. The site is currently used for light industrial and features three existing buildings totaling roughly 37,100 square feet of space, with tenant leases expiring shortly.

Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements. Dennis has been involved in a host of charitable and community organizations including the American Cancer Society, Easter Seals, BoyScouts, Chrysalis Foundation, Freedom For Life, HOLA, L.A.’s BEST, Reach Out and Read, Super Bowl Host Committee, and Thunderbirds Charities.
