The 83-site RV park on Cedar Creek Lake is on 48 acres and has over 2,000 feet of shoreline. It’s an hour southeast of the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Besides the RV sites, the park also has a number of cabins and boat launches.

The seller was represented by Marcus & Millichap’s Robert Denninger and Bill Warren. The parks owner explained how it came together, “We established a relationship with Bill Warren nearly two years ago as he helped us on an on going basis before we decided to sell the property. We liked how active he was in the RV market.”
