Shell TechWorks Signs 43K-SF Office Lease in Boston Seaport

The entrepreneurial research division of oil and gas giant Shell, Shell TechWorks, signed a 43,821-square-foot office lease in Boston’s Seaport District at Two Drydock.

Project development and construction group Skanska is developing and constructing Two Drydock, a 230,000-square-foot, Class A office building. The property is slated for completion in early 2020. Shell TechWorks will occupy the fifth and sixth floors of the building.

Two Drydock will feature a 5,500-square-foot amenity space with a fitness center, lounge and bike space, as well as an 8,000-square-foot rooftop terrace.
