Sheetz to Open Second Location in Harford County

Sheetz, Inc., a Pennsylvania-based operator of restaurant and convenience stores, has leased a nearly three-acre parcel from Hill Management Services, Inc., with plans to open the company’s second location in Harford County, Maryland.

The site in Bel Air is adjacent to Five43 Apartments, an 184-unit multifamily community developed by Hill Management’s affiliate company, Peak Management, LLC. Mackenzie Retail’s Tom Fidler and Danielle Bridge of Hill Management Services represented the landlord, and KLNB’s Joe Mekulski and Copper Henry repped Sheetz.

Sheetz operates 38 locations in Maryland and opened its first Prince George’s County store earlier this summer. This second location in Harford County joins a site in Joppatowne and is expected to open in the summer of 2025. “Sheetz has leased a high-traffic site in a fast-growing section of Harford County, with a built-in audience of nearly 200 multifamily units as its most immediate neighbor,” said Danielle Beyrodt, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Hill Management Services.
