Sharp Acquires Miramar MOB for $9.3M
Sharp Healthcare acquired a 36,731-square-foot, single-tenant, medical office building in Miramar, CA from a private owner for $9.3-million. The three-story building is occupied by Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group, which utilizes the facility to provide comprehensive medical services to those living and working in Miramar and Mira Mesa.
In 2012, Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller in extending Sharp’s lease of the property through spring of 2022. Sharp has occupied the building, located at 8933 Activity Rd., since 1990, three years following the initial development of the property in 1987.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Travis Ives, Lars Platt and Rooney Daschbach represented the seller. Sharp was represented by Savills Studley’s Michael Labelle.
