Sharko|Weisenbeck Team Closes Deal in Algonquin

Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of a 7,926-square-foot Walmart Supercenter outparcel in Algonquin, IL. After procuring multiple offers, the asset sold at 97% of the list price for $3,715,500.

The team of SVP Austin Weisenbeck and Sean R. Sharko, both based in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a developer.  The buyer was a Midwest-based investment company. This closing marked the 28th deal completed this year for the Sharko|Weisenbeck Team.

The Walmart Supercenter outparcel is located at 1496 S. Randall Rd. in Algonquin, on a signalized, hard corner intersection of Randall Road and County Line Road. The property is 100% occupied and all tenants operate under net-leases.
