Sharko/Weisenbeck Team Arranges 1031 Deal for Mixed-Use

Marcus & Millichap’s Sharko/Weisenbeck team closed the sale of a 17,896-square foot mixed-use property located on Chicago’s North Side. The sale price was $10,175,000.

Austin Weisenbeck and Sean R. Sharko, SVPs and investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a developer.

The infill mixed-use property is located at 1950 W. Division St. at a signalized hard corner in a dense, affluent area with multiple transportation options. There were multiple offers procured and the property closed at 99% of list price to a local 1031 exchange buyer.
