DeSimone Consulting Engineers wanted a “contemporary work environment” for their New York City headquarters that would facilitate direct communication and collaboration.

“We strove to create a space that captures the spirit and culture of DeSimone, and also serves as the firm’s signature brand image,” said Marc Spector, principal of The Spector Group, which designed DeSimone’s 26,000-square-feet of office, breakout and social space on the 25th floor of 140 Broadway in Manhattan’s Financial District.

The centrally-located bistro area serves as the social hub of the office, while the adjacent gaming area, training room and lounge provide additional creative and collaborative spaces for impromptu meetings and gatherings.
