Shape House Brings the “Sweat Lodge” Experience to the Flatiron District

Shape House, an urban sweat lodge will open a new location at 34 W. 17th St. in Manhattan’s Flatiron District.

“Shape House has generated an enthusiastic following among celebrities including the Kardashians, LL Cool J, Selena Gomez and Emma Roberts,” said Ted Lundeen of the Famularo team at Eastern Consolidated, who represented Shape House in the lease of the 2,325-square-foot space.

Carly Geller and Michael Cohen of RKF represented the landlord, Jerry Atkins of Atkins & Breskin.

“Shape House is the first and only urban sweat lodge that pairs an ancient tradition with modern wellness, and helps to burn calories, deepen sleep, improve skin, lift moods, and change lives,” said Eastern Consolidated’s James Famularo.
