Shane Seitz Joins CBRE Healthcare from Ventas

CBRE expanded its healthcare capital markets group with the addition of Shane Seitz, who joins as SVP in Denver. Seitz will join Vice Chairs, Chris Bodnar and Lee Asher, to focus on debt and equity structuring for the company’s healthcare and life sciences clients.

CBRE’s Brian Stoffers says, “Mr. Seitz has a unique background, which will strengthen our position in the healthcare capital markets, allowing us to provide better services and outcomes for our clients.”

Seitz joins CBRE from Ventas, which he joined in 2011 as part of the Nationwide Health Properties (NHP) acquisition. With more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Seitz has completed more than $10 billion in transactions encompassing all types of healthcare facilities, including medical office, life science, senior housing and hospitals in both the United States and the United Kingdom.
