Shake Shack’s Home Office, Flagship Restaurant Comes to 225 Varick St.

Shake Shack has signed a 15-year lease for 27,000 square feet at 225 Varick St. in Manhattan’s West Village neighborhood. Shake Shack will fill the space with for its new home office and a flagship restaurant, with a state-of-the-art test kitchen.

“Shake Shack selected a high visibility, flexible, moderately-priced location and space, with an innovative and talented ownership team to grow its global business,” said Mark Weiss, executive vice chairman for Cushman & Wakefield, which represented Shake Shack in the transaction.

CBRE represented Trinity Hudson Holdings, owner of the 12-story, 376,749-square-foot tower.
