SF Capital’s Vice President of Originations, Aaron Stempel, arranged the financing, which was structured at 75% loan-to-value with a 10-year fixed term, providing the borrower with long-term stability and improved capital positioning. The financing was secured with competitive terms designed to support the ownership’s long-term investment strategy.

Headquartered in Farmington Hills, Michigan, SF Capital is a commercial mortgage banking firm that specializes in debt and equity placement services. The firm delivers customized debt solutions across multifamily, office, industrial, retail, and specialty asset classes and property types nationwide.
