Seyfarth Adds Three Partners in Seattle

Seyfarth Law Firm has welcomed a trio of partners in Corporate and Litigation practices to its Seattle office. Michael Herbst and Russel Robertson join the firm’s Corporate department and Ryan Dumm joins the Litigation department. All three partners arrive at Seyfarth from Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt.
“Michael and Russ’s transactional practice connects well to the existing strength of Seyfarth’s corporate and real estate client service offerings,” said Corporate Department Chair Steven Meier. “They offer significant capabilities to our global platform.”
“Ryan is an experienced construction litigator, which meshes exceptionally well with our growing construction litigation presence in the Pacific Northwest. His practice also fits in well with our construction group’s national footprint,” said Seyfarth’s Litigation Department Chair James McGrath.
Herbst’s practice focuses on corporate and joint venture formation for real estate. Robertson’s practice focuses on advising all aspects of commercial real estate development, while Dumm’s work includes representing developers and contractors in commercial construction projects.
