Seyfarth Adds Four-Lawyer Team to Real Estate Department

Law firm Seyfarth has added partners Michael Fein and Jeffrey Lampiasi to its real estate department in New York. Also joining the firm in New York are counsel Karen Levine and associate Daniel Kessler. All four join from Watson Farley & Williams.

Fein led Watson Farley’s real estate group in New York and represents investors, developers, financial institutions, landlords, and tenants. Lampiasi represents developers, hotel operators, investors, financial institutions, and many other business sectors in the acquisition, sale, leasing, development, design, construction, and financing of US properties.

“The addition of Michael, Jeff, and their team marks another significant step in our New York growth strategy,” the co-managing partners of the firm’s New York office, Lorie Almon and John Napoli, said in a joint statement. “Michael and Jeff are excellent real estate lawyers, respected thought leaders, and influential members of the CRE community. We’re thrilled to welcome them as new colleagues.”
