Several Leases Signed for Austin Office and Retail
Austin-area brokers negotiated the following office and retail leases:
• Adaptive Insights Inc. leased 9,432 square feet at 3815 S. Capital of Texas Hwy. John Gump with CBRE and Nate Stricklen represented the tenant. J.D. Lewis with HPI represented landlord, Realty Associates Fund Xi Portfolio.
• Cta Inc. leased 15,400 square feet at Westview, 316 W. 12th St. John Gump with CBRE represented the tenant. JLL’s Rachel Coulter negotiated on behalf of landlord Austin 316 LP.
• Dco Inc. leased 11,545 square feet at 2200 Denton Dr. Ace Schlameus with CBRE represented the landlord, Icon Ipc Tx Property Owner Pool 6 Austin – GLP. Kyle McCulloch with Stream Realty represented the tenant.
• The Greentree Group leased 2,115 square feet at Centre Creek Plaza, 1812 Centre Creek Dr. The landlord was represented by Matt Levin and Rebecca Zigterman with ECR.
• IBM leased 6,259 square feet at 823 Congress. The landlord was represented by Matt Levin and Jason Steinberg with ECR.
• Mist Systems leased 1,612 square feet at 260 Addie Roy Rd. AQUILA Commercial represented the tenant. ECR represented the landlord.
• North America Securities leased 896 square feet of office space at Hills Office Park, 4611 Bee Caves Rd. The landlord was represented by Haley Smith and Patrick Ley with ECR.
• Ps Tarrant Inc. renewed 22,732 square feet at 2315 Rutland Dr. Ace Schlameus with CBRE represented the landlord, GLP. Schlameus also represented GLP in a 4,736-square-foot space at 2600 Longhorn Blvd. with Lddf LLC.
• Signature Science leased 5,230 square feet at Reunion Park, 8501 N. MoPac. The landlord was represented by Matt Levin and Jason Steinberg with ECR and the tenant was represented by Ryan Kasten with Cushman & Wakefield.
• Tio Pepe’s Chicken leased 1,482 square feet at The Linc, 6406 Interstate 35. Alex Reed of Retail Solutions represented the tenant. Sergio Negrete of CBRE represented the landlord.
• Verizon Wireless leased 1,200 square feet at Shops at Boulder, 10200 Boulder Lane. Tucker Francis and Robby Eaves of Retail Solutions represented the landlord. Teddy Leonard of CLD Ventures Inc. represented the tenant.
• Virtuoso Selections renewed its 12,388-square-foot lease at 2101 E. St. Elmo Rd. Ace Schlameus with CBRE represented the landlord, KBS. Carson Jones with Partners National represented the tenant.
• A vape store leased 1,800 square feet at 9513 Burnet Rd. Fred Wendland of Retail Solutions represented the landlord. Falguni Kapadia of Pacesetter Properties represented the tenant.
