Seven Tenants Sign 50K SF Lease at OWTC 

The Durst Organization and The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey have announced that seven tenants have signed leases totaling nearly 50,000 square feet at One World Trade Center. The leases consist of three new deals and four renewals.  

Among the new tenants are LMAX Group, a global financial technology firm, which has leased 7,945 square feet on the 76th floor, and alternative asset management firm OnyxPoint Global Management, which has signed a 3,510 square foot lease on the 45th floor.  

The renewals include internet service provider Pilot Fiber, health tech firm Capital Rx, global provider of artificial intelligence Fractal Analytics, and private equity firm Campisano Capital. The Durst Organization was represented in house by Eric Engelhardt and Karen Rose and by Newmark’s David Falk, Peter Shimkin, Hal Stein, Jason Greenstein, and Nathan Kropp.
