Seth Heikkila Returns to JLL’s Multi-Housing Team
JLL Capital Markets has announced that Seth Heikkila re-joined the firm’s multi-housing team as a Senior Director in Seattle, Washington, focused on multi-housing debt advisory.

Heikkila previously spent nine years with JLL from 2010 to 2019, serving as both Vice President of multi-housing investment sales and Senior Vice President of Capital Markets. Most recently, he worked for Institutional Property Advisors as the first Vice President of Capital Markets. From 2017 to 2022, Heikkila executed more than $2.6B in multi-housing financing transactions.
