SERHANT New Development Tapped to Market East Village Luxury Condos

SERHANT. New Development, the dedicated division for the sales and marketing of new development projects at SERHANT., has been named the exclusive sales and marketing agency of record at 75 First, a new 22-unit luxury residential development in Manhattan’s East Village. 

Nestled between the Bowery and Tompkins Square Park, this cantilever condominium sports a glass façade designed by HTO and FMA architects. The homes at 75 First, which were designed by renowned Italian architect Stefano Pasqualetti, include one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts including two penthouses with private rooftop terraces
