Serendipity Labs Will Roll Out Six More Flexible Space Locations
Flexible workspace provider Serendipity Labs, headquartered in Rye, NY, plans to roll out six new locations in 2020. Serendipity is also slated to open locations in Wauwatosa, WI and Westport, CT later this month, and an Overland Park, KS facility later in the first quarter.
Q2 will see Serendipity openings in McKinney, TX; Memphis; Dublin, CA; and Clayton, MO, the latter opened by Serendipity licensee RETKO, which is also behind the Overland Park facility. In Q3, a Serendipity facility will open in the Philadelphia suburb of Marlton, NJ, to be followed in Q4 by one in Houston.
