Serendipity Labs Debuts Coworking Space in SoCal
Connect Los Angeles is tomorrow at the Hotel Indigo in DTLA. There’s still time to join us. Here is where to get more information and REGISTER.
Serendipity Labs Coworking assumed the lease for Broad Green Pictures’ 36,000-square-foot headquarters in a J.H. Snyder Company-owned building in Hollywood’s Media District. The deal comes days after the private equity group that was to acquire the assets of The Weinstein Co. announced it was taking the space as part of a female-led restructuring.
Serendipity Labs’ Paula Gomprecht says, “We were attracted to this opportunity because the world-class Gensler design meets our high standards.”
Located at 959 Seward St., the second-floor facility boasts a soundproofed, 25-seat screening room, editing rooms, commercial kitchen and event space. The site has dedicated offices and desks, team rooms, meeting rooms, private focus and wellness rooms, a work lounge, visual studios with full A/V capabilities, and retreats. The LEED Gold certified building amenities include an outdoor lounge, secure parking, and car charging stations.
JLL’s Brian Niehaus and Josh Wrobel represented the tenant. First Property’s Michael Geller advised Broad Green Pictures in the sublease deal.
