Sephora, Pandora to Open in Harlem 

A joint venture consisting of The Prusik Group, BRP Companies, L+M Development Partners, Goldman Sachs Urban Investment Group, and Taconic Partners has announced that beauty retailer Sephora and luxury jewelry retailer Pandora will be the newest tenants at 121 W 125th Street in Harlem.  

Sephora will open its first upper Manhattan location on the ground floor in winter 2023, while Pandora will open a 2,000-square-foot jewelry showroom also on the ground floor during the same period. The addition of these retailers, along with anchor tenants Trader Joe’s and Target.  

121 W 125th Street is a mixed-use complex featuring office, retail, residential, and cultural spaces. It includes class-A office space, residential apartments, and serves as the headquarters for the National Urban League and the Urban Civil Rights Museum. The project is expected to be completed in summer 2023.
