Sentrl Expands Management Portfolio Into Portland

Sentral, a residential hospitality operator, has expanded its portfolio into two new markets with management contracts at The Sutton in Portland, Oregon and the Otonomus Hotel in Las Vegas.

The Sutton is located at 1550 NW Naito Parkway in Portland and was developed by Lincoln Property Company in partnership with Bridge Investment Group. The property is a 236-apartment community along the Willamette River in the North Pearl District. Floorplans range from studios to two bedrooms, and the property amenities include waterfront rooftop terraces, a game room, a social club, private co-working spaces, and a fitness center.

The Otonomus Hotel property in Las Vegas is being developed by Growth Holdings, is located just blocks from Allegiant Stadium and the Las Vegas Strip and is slated to open in early 2025.
