Sentinel Real Estate Expands to East Coast

Sentinel Real Estate Group has expanded to the East Coast, opening an office in New York along with changing its name from Sentinel Development. Kimberly Carter has joined Sentinel as managing director of business development, overseeing the New York office.

Previously, Carter served as managing director of client services at Trimont Real Estate Advisors. She began her career in commercial real estate law and finance at Allen Matkins, and later worked as in-house counsel at Montage Hotels & Resorts before relocating to New York.

“The new name, Sentinel Real Estate Group, more accurately represents our full spectrum of commercial real estate services,” said Colby Durnin, CEPO of the Irvine, CA-based company. “Over the years, we have expanded from a development and management company, to offering clients targeted services to lead them successfully through the entire life cycle of an asset.”
