Sentinel Real Estate Acquires Luxury Apartment Community in Potomac
Sentinel Real Estate has acquired The Perry, a luxury multifamily community located at 12430 Park Potomac Avenue in Potomac, Maryland, approximately 10 miles northwest of downtown Washington, D.C.
Featuring modern construction, spacious floor plans and high-end interior finishes complemented by a comprehensive indoor and outdoor amenities, The Perry is positioned as one of the premier multifamily communities in the Potomac submarket, which is considered one of the most affluent and desirable submarkets in the U.S.
Completed in 2016, The Perry consists of two five-story buildings with a total of 297 units and 8,610 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The property offers a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences. “The Perry provided a rare opportunity to invest in a residential community that benefits from its irreplaceable location in one of the most sought-after market areas in the country,” said Sentinel’s Managing Director George Tietjen.
