Sentinel Real Estate Acquires Apartments in Gaithersburg, Tysons Corner
Sentinel Real Estate has acquired two luxury apartment communities located in the suburbs of Washington, D.C. – Aventon Crown in Gaithersburg, Maryland, and Brentford at the Mile in Tysons Corner, Virginia.
Aventon Crown, which has been rebranded as Rockwell at Crown, is located in the Montgomery County suburbs of Maryland, with easy access to Washington, D.C. Completed in 2022, Rockwell at Crown is a 386-unit luxury apartment community that comprises spacious one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.
Brentford at the Mile is a seven-story, 411-unit luxury apartment building that offers studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units. It is situated near a variety of retail, dining and entertainment options, as well as the headquarters of employers, including Freddie Mac, Capital One, and Hilton Hotels and Resorts.
