The 268-unit garden-style multifamily apartment comprises 12 three-story residential buildings consisting of one, two and three-bedroom apartments averaging just under 1,000 square feet. The previous owner, Electra American performed a substantial renovation on the first floor in 2019. The new owner plans to continue renovations on the second and third floors. While the price was not disclosed for this sale, Electra American paid $68.3 million to the previous owner.

The Retreat at Cinco Ranch has amenities that include a fitness center, indoor cycling studio, a resident lounge with kitchen and coffee bar and a pool.
