Seniors Co-op Coming to Lakewood, CO

Real Estate Equities Development LLC announced it would develop its newest Village Cooperative community in Lakewood, CO. The Eagan, MN-headquartered developer currently has 29 similar co-ops operating, under construction or scheduled for construction in six states.

Specific details for the project will be provided at a public seminar beginning April 12. The location of the project, which will be geared toward adults 62 years and older, was not disclosed.

The housing offers one and two-bedroom floor plans, ranging from 875 to 1,700 square feet. On-site amenities include a community room with kitchen, guest suite for friends and family, reading areas, workshop, fitness center, internal storage and underground heated parking.
