Senior Resource Group Hosts Maravilla Groundbreaking

Senior Resource Group hosted an official groundbreaking on a 230-unit seniors housing project dubbed Maravilla at The Domain, near Austin’s mixed-use Domain development. The three-tower project, which has been under construction for several months, is anticipated for a mid-2019 completion, with the North Tower anticipated to top out mid-summer 2018.

Maravilla at The Domain, at 1101 Austin Lane in far north Austin, is geared toward residents 62 years and older. The 3.7-acre development will have 142 independent-living units, 54 assisted-living units and 3 memory care residences. Amenities will include on-site restaurant dining, theater, library, bistro, internet lounge and wellness center.

The project is the first in Texas for SRG, which is headquartered in San Diego. J.E. Dunn Construction is the general contractor.
