Senior Care Center Starts Construction in Ft. Worth
Detroit-based Build Senior Living plans to begin construction on its first Fort Worth care facility this April. According to the Dallas Business Journal, the project will be located at 7000 Harris Pkwy. Build Senior Living will develop the Hampton Manor of Fort Worth, totaling 70,000 square feet. The facility will offer assisted living and memory care services to senior residents.
Construction costs on the Hampton Manor are estimated at over $14 million with private funding. The facility is slated for completion in October 2024.
Build Senior Living is currently constructing another Dallas-Fort Worth facility in Crowley (see picture) that is slated to open January 2024.
In January, Louisville-based CenterWell Senior Primary Care announced its expansion into Dallas-Fort Worth with 10 new clinics opening throughout 2023.
