Seneca Investments Ends Long-Term Hold on Stoneleigh Harlingen
Seneca Investments, which developed the 180-unit Stoneleigh Harlingen in 2006, sold the apartment complex to Leauven Group. JLL’s Zar Haro, Moses Siller and Robert Arzola represented the seller in marketing the property at 905 N. Loop 499 in Harlingen, TX.
“Stoneleigh Harlingen boasts unique value-add opportunities to solidify the property’s position as ‘best in class’ for the region,” Haro said. He added that the complex is near the area’s top employers, as well as retail and entertainment. “Strategic capital investments, paired with strong organic rent growth and the market’s excellent dynamics, make Stoneleigh Harlingen a tremendous investment,” he said.
The apartment complex offers one and two-bedroom units, ranging from 543 to 936 square feet. On-site amenities include a business center and clubhouse, pool and a fitness center.
