Sendero Capital and Angelo Gordon have acquired 245 Alvord Park Rd. in Torrington, Connecticut.

This property encompasses a 37,854-square-foot ambulatory surgical center and outpatient medical building. The purchase marks the fourth acquisition in Sendero Capital and Angelo Gordon’s programmatic joint venture, which focuses on value-add and core-plus outpatient medical office and surgery center assets in the Northeastern United States.

The building is fully leased to various tenants, including Litchfield Hills Orthopedic and Hartford HealthCare, which recently acquired a majority stake in the Litchfield Hills Surgery Center. JLL advised the buyers with a team led by Brannan Knott, Mindy Berman, Anthony Sardo and Landon Weaver.
