
Seminole Trail Management Acquires Class A Office in Virginia Beach for $16M
Seminole Trail Management has purchased the Pinehurst Centre, a 99,137-square-foot Class A office building located at 477 Viking Drive in Virginia Beach, VA, for $15.5 million.
Will Bradley and Mark Williford of Colliers represented the seller, Virginia Beach, VA-based real estate company Robinson Development Group.
The asset is centrally located between Virginia Beach’s oceanfront bedroom communities and the I-64/I-264 interchange in the Lynnhaven submarket. The building is home to a variety of tenants in industries including healthcare, finance, insurance and professional services.
