Seefried & USAA Launch Construction on Ella West Crossing

USAA Real Estate development partner Seefried industrial Properties began work on Ella West Crossing, a 221,393-square-foot, speculative industrial property in North Houston’s Pinto Business Park. The facility is scheduled for completion in July 2020, and will offer space requirements from 40,000 to 221,393 square feet.

The development is at Ella Boulevard and West Road, in proximity to Bush Intercontinental Airport. “Seefried has successfully developed millions of square feet of space with USAA over the last 10 years, and we look forward to Ella West Crossing being the next successful venture in that relationship,” said Jonathan Stites with Seefried Industrial Properties.

Rosenberger Construction is the general contractor, Powers Brown Architecture the architect and Brown and Gay Engineers Inc. is the civil engineer. Todd Mason and Jeff Lindenberger with Avison Young are the leasing team on the project.
